USER AGREEMENT
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMSBy accessing Buzzoot.com, (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the “Website”) you (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the “User”) are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you are not in agreement with any of the terms and conditions set out hereunder, then you should immediately refrain from using any of the products and/or services available on our Website.
LEGAL USE AND RESPONSIBILITY
The User hereby agrees to use the Website for legal purposes only and will adhere and respect any and all applicable laws and regulations. Furthermore, the User promises not to damage or reduce in any way the functionality of the Website and the User will not do anything that may compromise the security and integrity of the Website.
The User agrees to take full responsibility for any claims, liabilities, losses, expenses and/or legal fees resulting from its actions on or relating to the Website and from any violation of the terms and conditions in this agreement.
MODIFICATION
Buzzoot.com reserves the right to add to, modify or replace any part of this agreement without prior notice and by using the Website the User shall be considered to have accepted this agreement and its additions, modifications or replacements. The User is responsible to regularly monitor the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Buzzoot.com has absolute discretion over the editorial content of the Website and may remove or modify any part of the Website without prior warning or any liability that may arise from such action.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Buzzoot.com shall in no way be considered liable for any losses and/or damages of any kind, direct or indirect, special or consequential, resulting from the use or access to the Website.
OWNERSHIP
All intellectual property rights such as logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, data etc. are the property of Buzzoot.com. The User will under no circumstances copy, download, reproduce, republish, transmit or exploit any content or material found on the Website without receiving prior written consent from Buzzoot.com. The User shall not employ any robot, spider or other software to copy or monitor the Website.
SUBMITTED CONTENT
Buzzoot.com reserves the right at its discretion to modify, edit or exclude any information provided by a User for posting on the Website.
DISCLAIMERS
The User understands that:
1. The Buzzoot.com only provides links to websites of merchants that offer products for sale and in no way recommends or endorses those merchants, their products, their information or their claims. If the User wishes to visit those websites, it does so at it own risk. Any and all transactions are completed on third party websites unrelated to Buzzoot.com and the user is entirely responsible for all transactions conducted on these websites. Buzzoot.com shall in no way be held responsible for any unfulfilled transaction(s).
2. The information available on the Website is provided on an “as is” basis with no expressed or implied warranties relating to its accuracy, compatibility or security.
3. Buzzoot.com does not recommend or provide advice on any of the products available for sale on the Website. Any product information found on the Website should not be wholly relied upon in making any related decisions. The User should conduct its own independent research to assess the quality, reliability, suitability etc. of any product(s) being considered for purchase or otherwise.
4. Buzzoot.com does not guarantee the uninterrupted use of the Website and cannot guarantee that the Website and the information in it are free of errors.
SEVERANCE
Should part of the terms and conditions of this Agreement be determined to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining terms and conditions.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada and any User shall be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of Quebec courts.
HEADINGS
The headings in this User Agreement are included for convenience purposes only and shall not limit or otherwise affect any of the terms and conditions herein.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This User Agreement, together with any terms and conditions incorporated herein or referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between the User and Buzzoot.com and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings (whether oral or written) and can only be modified or amended in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on the Website.
